CNC Maching

CNC machining (Computer Numerical Control) is a modern machining technology that uses computer programs to automatically control machine tools for high-precision and high-efficiency manufacturing. Its core principle is to convert design drawings into CNC codes, which drive machine tools (such as milling machines, lathes, and machining centers) to perform cutting, drilling, milling and other operations on metals, plastics and other materials according to preset paths to achieve precise transformation from blanks to finished products.

Zhonghuan is deeply aware of the importance of machining processes to the upgrading of foundry enterprises, so in the early days of its foundry business in 1995, it built a CNC machining workshop simultaneously. We do not regard processing as an isolated link, but position it as a core process to ensure the quality of aluminum castings. The whole process of processing

◉ Customize the plan according to the product drawings provided by the customer

The drawings include three-dimensional drawings, three-dimensional views and aluminum alloy material specifications of the product; if it is a two-dimensional drawing, we will have professional engineers draw three-dimensional drawings and three-dimensional views to confirm with the customer first to ensure that the subsequent processes proceed normally.

◉ Team engineers evaluate the project and develop detailed product process plans based on the drawings

Determine which casting process to use, whether a customized mold is required, and determine the processing steps and processes.

◉ Prepare raw materials

We have a stable supplier of aluminum alloy raw materials, and we will constantly update raw materials to ensure high quality; of course, we are equipped with professional testing equipment for spectral analysis and quality testing to ensure that the material composition meets standards.

◉ Produce samples for inspection to ensure the quality of subsequent mass production.

Customers can inspect the sample in person or we can send a sample test report to ensure that the product parts pass the test. The report includes the product's appearance, dimensional inspection table and actual performance.

◉ Product post-processing

The parts undergo ultrasonic cleaning, air tightness testing, sand blasting, sawing, heat treatment, etc., depending on the steps required for the specific parts.

Finished parts will be randomly inspected or fully inspected to ensure that aluminum castings meet standards.

◉ Packaging and transportation

We have a dedicated packaging workshop to safely package products to ensure they are not damaged during transportation.
