Impeller
Customized production of aluminum castings for impellers that meet your needs
The impeller is the core functional component of a centrifuge, known as the "heart" of the centrifuge. Under the action of centrifugal force, the impeller converts mechanical energy into kinetic and potential energy of the fluid through high-speed rotation, thereby achieving material separation, transportation, or pressurization. In centrifuge applications, the impeller not only bears extremely high centrifugal loads, but also needs to have excellent fluid dynamics performance to ensure separation efficiency. We focus on developing and producing high-performance aluminum casting impellers specifically for centrifuges in this critical field.
