Aluminum Alloy Gravity Die Casting
In 2003, Zhonghuan built a gravity casting production line and developed from an aluminum ingot raw material supplier to a professional aluminum casting manufacturer. Currently, we are equipped with more than 20 tilting gravity die-casting equipment, with an annual production capacity of 1.3 million sets of castings, and the weight of a single product ranges from 0.1kg to 100kg.Gravity casting products are mainly used in automobiles and trucks, ships and oceans, engineering machinery, new energy equipment, impellers and robots, etc.
Aluminum alloy sand casting
Since the official launch of customized aluminum casting in 2003, Zhonghuan has been deeply involved in the field of aluminum alloy sand casting. After more than 20 years of technological accumulation, it has built a professional sand casting production line with leading production capacity and top scale in China. With 11 professional production groups as the core, it is one of the largest sand casting factories in China.
We have a top professional sand casting team in the industry, capable of undertaking various types of aluminum alloy sand castings, perfectly adapting to customized needs of small batches and multiple varieties, and providing customers with high-quality and cost-effective one-stop casting solutions.
Aluminum alloy high pressure die casting
Starting from 2019, in response to customer demand, the company has added high-pressure casting business to provide customers with more diverse process options, covering aluminum parts for new energy vehicles and new energy commercial vehicles.
High pressure casting has the core advantages of economic efficiency and large production capacity, with a much higher output than gravity casting and low-pressure casting. It is suitable for large-scale production and is the preferred process for mass manufacturing of new energy components.
Low pressure casting of aluminum alloy
Following customer demand, Zhonghuan introduced a low-pressure die-casting production line in 2019 to meet the requirements for producing castings with more complex structures and finer details. With this, Zhonghuan has now established a comprehensive range of casting processes, enabling us to offer customers a diverse selection of techniques and deliver optimal solutions that balance quality and cost.
CNC Maching
We are well aware that high-quality aluminium castings depend on the refinement and optimisation of high-precision equipment and a professional team. The company is equipped with a comprehensive range of CNC machining centres, including horizontal machining centres, five-axis machines and vertical machining centres, as well as over 100 other machines such as lathes, milling machines, drilling centres and bench drills. With more than 10 professional machining engineers and over 70 frontline machining staff, we boast a strong and capable team.
We can tailor diverse machining solutions to suit our clients’ specific structural components, fully meeting their requirements for high-precision, multi-product machining. At the same time, we optimise designs and strictly control costs to provide clients with reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective one-stop machining services.
Surface treatment
In the field of surface treatment, Yongkang Zhonghuan has continuously refined its process portfolio and now offers a comprehensive range of surface treatment capabilities, including shot blasting, sandblasting, anodising, spray coating, powder coating, electroplating, electrophoresis, spray painting, impregnation and heat treatment. With a complete and comprehensive range of processes, the company is fully equipped to meet customers’ diverse and bespoke surface treatment requirements for castings.
